Rolling Grilles Shutters

They are made of galvanized circular section rod iron Φ8mm and they are shaped in a hydraulic press and finally are linked with powerfull contacts form galvanized iron creating miscellaneous openings (eyes) according to the following 3 categories:

1)BIG EYE ROLLING GRILLES 17Χ12 with weight 8kg per m2.

The transparency thank to the big eyes is to the maximum but the safety degree is smaller than denser types of grille.

2) MEDIUM EYE ROLLING GRILLES 13Χ9 with weight 11kg per m2.

Is the most common used grille because it provides high degree of safety and high transparency.

3)SMALL EYE 7Χ5,5 with weight 17kg per m2.

The transparency is lower than the bigger grille but the safety degree is awfully big (It is the heavier profile of rolling shutter).Thank to the small size of the eye, it ensures the non passage of a hand in a case of crystal breakage.

It is suitable for jewelry shops and generally for shops with smaller merchandise with high value.

4)ROUNDING EYE 9cm x9cm.

The most rare and unique profile of grille suitable for shops that wants to be unique.

5)SQUARE- TYPE GRILLE with special non-cutting blade and special non-pulling guide. New profile from our company in 3 dimensions:

1)BIG SQUARE GRILLE (13,5cmΧ7cm) opened type made of galvanized circular iron Φ7, which they are linked together with galvanized iron contacts thickness 1,5mm. Weight 10kg per m2.

2) MEDIUM SQUARE GRILLE (11,5cmΧ5,5cm) opened type, made of galvanized circular iron Φ7, which they are linked together with galvanized iron contacts thickness 1,5mm.Weight 12kg per m2.

3)SMALL SQUARE GRILLE (9,5cmΧ4cm) opened type, made of galvanized circular iron Φ8, which they are linked together with galvanized iron contacts thickness 1,5mm.Weight 19kg per m2.

The rolling grilles can be combine with closed and perforated rolling profiles.
