Industrial PVC Strip Curtains

The pvc strip curtains is a convenient and safe solution to separate between adjacent areas. They are suitable for warehouses, industrial areas, production lines and even refrigeration facilities.

PVC curtains offer high thermal insulation. They maintain a stable temperature between the spaces, aiding in cutting energy bills by eliminating the need to heat or cool unused warehouse areas. Also they are protect the areas form dust, overspray, smoke, humidity, insects and small animals, preservating a health and clean working space. The strips are made of clear PVC free of heavy metals, which makes them perfectly harmless for humans even in a case of contact with eatable goods.

An important advantage of PVC curtains is the easy setting. Also thanks to the innovating design the strips are easy, quick and restless to be replaced, when they are destroyed or paired.

The fitting of the PVC strips is made on special design stainless steel rails. The rails have embedded hooks for hanging the strips.

Every strip, after has been already measured and cut in the desired height, is pressured with rivets between two special made stainless steel sheets. One of them is already design with suspension holes, which they fit perfectly in the hooks of the rails. The second one is used to keep tightly the PVC strips in placed. This way the setting of the curtains or the replacement of a strip is made easily and quick, being extremely safe process.

All the steel part (rails and sheets) are made of stainless steel AISI 304 type. Depending on the requirement amount of thermal insulation that we want to achieve, the PVC strips can be placed alternately, overlapping the previous strip with one or two hooks.

The PVC curtains are available in two types, depending the temperature and the use of the area that have been placed.

• The classic strips, for normal temperatures. Ideal for separating areas in warehouses and industrial areas.

• Low temperatures strips, for resistant in extremely cold temperatures up to -35°C. Ideal for refrigeration facilities.

Also the PVC curtains are available in two deferent surfaces, the smooth and the ribbed one, in transparent PVC or even in colors such as white, green, red, yellow.

Lastly the strips vary in their size depending on the thermal insulation that they require offer. Their weight starts at 200mm up to 400mm and their depth of each leaf form 2mm up to 4mm.
